Rocket League Sideswipe enters Season 1! Amongst a flourish of new challenges to complete, players will also be able to enjoy the crossover event with the regular PC version.
Sideswipe provides the simplicity of Rocket League, while made for mobile. Gamers playing on smartphones and tablets account for a huge chunk of the market, which explains its attractiveness. However, once the game is created and designed, it needs some constant content updates to retain its players. This is exactly the role of Sideswipe Season 1.
Sideswipe Season 1
As usual, when it comes to new seasons, all Competitive Ranks have been reset. Everyone starts on the same line, with a finish line that depends on one’s skill. The game has not been out for long, meaning that newcomers to Sidesweep will not be overwhelmed by other players’ experiences. In addition, for those who find tactile controls unreliable, it is possible to connect an external controller to play the game.

Rocket League Sideswap Season 1 obviously comes with a new Rocket Pass, offering customization items for those who wish to distinguish themselves. It has nothing to do with ranks since players can reach the highest tier by playing Online Matches.
Rocket League Crossover
Simply playing Sideswipe on the same Epic Games account used to play Rocket League will unlock new features. First, by clearing two challenges, players will get their hands on the Nuhai Inverted Wheels and the Wow! Goal Explosion.

Logging into Sideswipe for the first time also brings a musical surprise. When you come back to the PC version of Rocket League, “Water Resistant” by Anamanaguchi will be selectable as a Player Anthem. Furthermore, a new playlist makes its appearance, that includes the entirety of the Sideswipe soundtrack.
