Slovenian cyclist Primoz Roglic has extended his contract at Jumbo-Visma until 2025, the Dutch team announced on Wednesday. “I want to keep developing myself in specific areas – both physically and mentally, as a team leader and as a person. I’m in the right place for that,” he said. The 32-year-old has won three Vueltas in a row and also took gold in the Tokyo Olympic time trial. He crashed in this year’s Tour de France having been edged out by compatriot and 2021 winner Tadej Pogacar in the 2020 race.
