The DJI Action 2 is even smaller than the GoPro Hero 10 Black, so it is no surprise to see it suffering from overheating issues, too. Arguably, the Action 2 is even worse than the Hero 10 Black in this respect, with DJI unable to include a ‘High Temperature Mode’ in EU and UK devices because of regulatory restrictions.
