Olympic champion Alexander Zverev has welcomed an ATP investigation into domestic violence claims from his ex-girlfriend because it will allow him to prove his innocence. The ATP said on Monday it had launched a probe after the German’s former partner, Russian Olga Sharypova, alleged that during their relationship he was physically abusive towards her, including at the 2019 Shanghai Masters event.
