A Flipkart customer took to Twitter to complain that he received an iPhone SE instead of the iPhone 12 that he purchased. Similarly, another person received two bars of soaps instead of the smartphone. While the former’s matter is still under investigation, the latter has confirmed that he has received a full refund.
