And the situation has changed. So what if fans don’t think it’s quite as bonkers as their debut—they’re putting in the effort to move forward as only they can, one frog ribbit at a time.
“As I’ve been exploring my voice more, I’m like, ‘I can do this,'” Les says, adding that she started taking vocal lessons on a whim during the making of the album. “And also I’m sick of worrying about it. If I don’t just fucking do it, then I’m just a scaredy cat. And I don’t want to be a scaredy cat.”
