Spectre DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization built on the Fantom blockchain platform. It is a fork of Olympus DAO, utilizing Fantom’s native currency, FTM, as the primary reserve currency. Under development, Spectre plans to execute a treasury operated by governance and algorithms, funded by bonds that can be purchased by users, and distribute earnings to staked holders via protocol-owned liquidity.

Purpose
The protocol aims to create new innovative financial products for the Fantom community by introducing economical, rapid and easy-to-use defi products to market. This strategic implementation would reduce the barriers to entry for many inexperienced users in decentralized finance.

Future Developments
Products and advancements called Apparitions are expected to be announced in early 2022. The introduction of a reserve stablecoin for the protocol is yet to be determined.
