Hyundai tips Ioniq models with a 500-mile range thanks to new Li-Metal battery investment

The nascent Li-Metal battery technology that allows for 500 miles (800km) of range on a charge has won the heart (and a $100 million investment) of Hyundai for the next Ioniq models built on the E-GMP platform.
