US gymnast Simone Biles has become the youngest athlete to be honoured with the Lifetime Achievement award at this year’s BBC Sports Personality of the Year. She is also the fourth American behind Martina Navratilova, Michael Phelps and Billie Jean King. Biles, 24, is considered one of the greatest gymnasts of all time, having won four Olympic gold medals and 19 World Championship titles, BBC reports.
