Three-time reigning biathlon World Cup champion Johannes Thingnes Boe claimed his first victory in almost 11 months on Friday when he dominated a sprint race in France. Norway’s Boe shot clean and covered the 10 kilometres in Annecy-Le Grand Bornand in 23 minutes 30.3 seconds. Eduard Latypov of Russia was second 7.2 seconds back and Norway’s Filip Fjeld Andersen got a first career podium in third, 18.2 second off the pace.
