USPTO awards Sony the patent for PS5 faceplates following Dbrand altercation

The United States Patent and Trademark Office has approved Sony’s patent for PS5 faceplates. The patent became active almost a year after Sony filed it, which allowed Dbrand to produce the original Darkplates in the interim.
