Report claims that Apple will release its next-generation M2 silicon in the second-half of 2022 and will be built on TSMC’s 4 nm process

Apple will reportedly target an 18-month product refresh cycle with its M2 processor. Allegedly, Apple’s M2 silicon will be built using TSMC’s 4 nm process. Furthermore, there will only be an M2 next year with more powerful Pro and Max chips falling to 2023.
