Kamala Harris raises ‘grave concerns’ over treatment of Haitian migrants in call with DHS chief

Vice President Kamala Harris told Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on Tuesday that she had serious worries about the treatment of Haitian migrants by Border Patrol agents.
