Industry analyst Ming-Chi Kuo states that Apple’s 2022-bound AR headset could support standalone operation

Apple is expected to unveil its first AR headset sometime in 2022, according to Ming-Chi Kuo. He adds that it will perform on par with an M1 Mac and might not require an iPhone/iPad to operate. It could also feature two 4K OLED panels from Sony.
