Gameplay-wise, multiple points of interest and activities are available. Taking inspiration from MLK’s unforgettable campaign for solidarity, collaborating will be the main goal for this Fortnite event. Furthermore, completing these quests rewards players with a unique D.C. 63 spray for their locker.

This event serves as a reminder that educating the audience and youth is crucial. Fortnite became a global gaming and esports phenomenon with pretty much no entry barrier. The game is free and most of its revenue comes through cosmetic purchases with no impact on player performances. Anyone can be a Fortnite champion if they decide to put in the hard work.

In addition, Epic Games offers a high amount of crossover events that the community is now used to seeing more. Therefore, Fortnite is the perfect place for the March Through Time event.

To make the learning more impactful, there is a campaign on Instagram, Twitter, as well as Tiktok. Using the hashtag #FNDC63, participants can share stories about how the Fortnite March Through Time event with Martin Luther King affected their lives. It helps guarantee that participants will at least effectively remember what they shared for a while.
