Ahmed Abdulmumini, 39, was arrested by the Katsina State Police Command for reportedly cyberstalking a governor’s aide. According to SP Gambo Isah, a spokesman for the state police command, Abdulmumini was arrested after Governor Aminu Masari’s Special Adviser on Domestic Affairs, Alhaji Ibrahim Umar, filed a complaint.
