　米軍横田基地（東京都）は5日、基地関係者65人の新型コロナウイルス感染が確認されたと発表した。このうち57人は昨年12月29日から今月5日までに感染が判明し、いずれも隔離されている。
　横田基地によると、昨年12月29日以降に判明した57人のうち、30人は米国から日本に入国して移動を制限され、PCR検査で陽性と分かった。残る27人はこれまでに確認された感染者の濃厚接触者などとしている。
　横田基地は「患者に適切な措置を講じ、医学的な監視の下、隔離されている」とした。
